Delivery, refunds & how to reach us

Delivery

Every Master Set is a digital download. The moment your payment clears, your files are ready, grab them straight from the confirmation page, no waiting on a courier. And they don't disappear afterward: sign in to your library anytime with the email you checked out with, and re-download the exact same files for as long as COLLEX is running. New laptop, wiped drive, bought years back, doesn't matter. Your library remembers.

Refunds

Because you're paying for an instant digital download, we take refunds seriously but define them narrowly. You're covered for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

• the files are genuinely defective, corrupted, missing pages, wrong resolution, or
• you bought the wrong Master Set by mistake and haven't downloaded or used the files.

Outside of those two cases, refunds are at our discretion, write to us and we'll work it out with you directly.

Paid with PromptPay? Refunds route through Stripe rather than straight back to your account. Stripe will email you asking for your bank details to complete the transfer, reply to that email with them, and expect a few extra days versus a card refund. It's a small extra step on our end too, but it's how PromptPay refunds work everywhere, not just here.

Cancellation

There's no cart sitting in limbo, orders complete and deliver instantly, so a "cancel before it ships" window doesn't apply here. If you change your mind before you've clicked through to checkout, just close the tab; nothing is charged until payment actually clears. If something's actually wrong with what you already bought, see Refunds above and get in touch.

Contact

Questions about an order, a Master Set that won't download, or anything else, email contact@mycollex.com and a real person will get back to you, not a support bot.
