What we collect, and why
We collect the minimum needed to get your files to you and keep your library working. Here's exactly what that is.
What we collect
When you check out, we collect your email address and order details — which Master Set, when, and how much you paid. Payment itself is handled by Stripe: your card number, expiry, and CVC go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store your account and download records with Supabase, which is what lets you sign back in to your library and re-download your files later.
How we use it
Your email and order details exist for one job: getting the right files to the right person, and keeping them re-downloadable for as long as you need them. We use your email to send order confirmations and, if you contact us, to reply. We don't send marketing emails without your consent — if we ever add a newsletter or drops list, it'll be opt-in, with an easy way to opt back out.
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure that makes checkout and downloads work: Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for account storage. Both process your data on our behalf under their own security practices — we don't sell or trade your information to anyone, for any reason, and we don't hand it to advertisers.
Cookies & analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see, in aggregate, which pages load slowly or get the most traffic. It doesn't use tracking cookies and doesn't build a profile tied to you personally — it's closer to a page-view counter than an ad tracker. Signing in to your library sets a session cookie through Supabase so you stay logged in between visits; that's the only cookie doing anything beyond keeping the site running.
Your rights
Want your data deleted, or a copy of what we hold on you? Email contact@mycollex.com and we'll handle it directly — no forms, no runaround. If you delete your account, your order history and re-download access go with it, so make sure you've grabbed any files you still want first.
