What you're buying

Every download from COLLEX — a Master Set, a single extended-art file, a collector kit — comes with a personal-use license to original, fan-made artwork. That license covers displaying, printing, and framing the art at home: on your desk, in a slab, on your wall, wherever collectors put things they love.

What it doesn't cover: reselling the files, redistributing them, uploading them for anyone else to download, or using them commercially in any way — including on merchandise, in a storefront of your own, or as part of anything you charge others for. The license is yours, for your collection, and it isn't transferable.

What we make

COLLEX creates original extended-art reinterpretations of trading cards — new backgrounds and scenes built around the character art, designed to sit behind a slab or print at home. Original fan art unaffiliated with The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Nintendo, or any other rights-holder. Cards and slabs not included.

Your library, kept

Once a Master Set or extended-art file is in your library, it's yours to keep and re-download for as long as COLLEX operates — we won't pull access to something you've already checked out, even if that same art is later updated, retired from the catalogue, or priced differently for new customers.

Who you're buying from

You're buying directly from COLLEX, Bangkok, Thailand. If anything about these terms is unclear, or you need something in writing for your own records, email contact@mycollex.com and we'll sort it out.

Governing law

These terms — and any dispute arising from a purchase at COLLEX — are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the store grows. The version live at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it — check back here if you want the current wording.
